This Work Package aims at assessing the impact of life-course socio-economic status on healthy ageing in Europe using existing cohort studies with rich phenotypic and exposure information. It will also establish the role of intermediate modifiable risk factors (behavioural, environmental, occupational, nutritional and psychosocial) in shaping socioeconomic differentials in healthy ageing.
